Incidentally, these will also work just fine on firmware 2.8 so there’s no reason to wait! Other than incorporating the new information bar, I’ve also tweaked the main icons to look shiny and crisp even on 720p – not just 1080p! As always, please download the version for the resolution you use, and note that if you’re running on an SD television, you can either use the 720p version (which should work fine), or wait a short while for an SD specific version.

Finally, a PS3 theme that looks great and not cheesy like all the other player made themes out there.

This is kind of embarrassing, but I just got a PS3 and am having some issues installing this theme. I downloaded it through my PS3 browser, but when I select it as my theme, the only thing that shows up are the icons. The background and everything else remains the system default..Is there something I need to enable first? Thanks!
When selected, all elements from the theme appear automatically.
Unfortunately, this theme was designed for HD televisions and doesn’t display properly on all SD televisions – we’ve tried to make an SD version but there’s too much variation among TV sets and we’d end up having to make an inordinate amount of tweaks just to satisfy a few models.
Any chance you might release a updated version of Aniom, Taiga, Tesla and Kalsa for FW 3.15, with new icons for the Minis Save Data folder?

These themes look great man! Can’t get them to work though. I’m on 3.15, might that be the problem? When I stick in a USB drive, the console doesn’t seem to recognize the files as themes.

These themes should work fine on the latest firmware, but they do only work at HD resolutions such as 720p, 1080i and 1080p, as for why theyre not showing up on the memory stick, are you sure you’re placing them on the memory stick in \PS3\THEMES\ ?
The alternative is to visit this page on your ps3′s browser and click the download link for the resolution you’re using, the page coding is set up in a way that tells the PS3 it’s a theme and should install directly for you.

I love this theme, i am in the 3.15 firmware, but the wallpaper does not applied, the icons works good, but the wallpapers not, the original move wallpaper appears, how i do to solve this bug?? i dont now, its a problem or what? i can download the wallpaper? please help me, thanks!

Have you tried going into Setting > Theme Settings > Background and checking what the background is set as? If its not set as the theme background that would be what’s causing your problem. :)
